Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 aims to handle the personal data of everyone who works, studies or participates in research with care.

Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 (UU) processes your personal data when you, as an employee, enter into a license agreement with UU to make your copyrighted work publicly available via the Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 Repository. In this Privacy Statement we inform you about the purposes for which personal data are processed, how you can exercise your privacy rights and other information which may be of importance to you.

1. For what purposes does UU process your personal data when entering into a license agreement?

The personal data collected from you will be used by UU to enter into a license agreement with you and to make your copyright work publicly available via the Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 Repository.

2. What personal data does UU collect when you fill in the Taverne form?

Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 collects the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Place of residence
  • Publications

3. On what basis do we process data?

UU processes your personal data because this is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest, namely: the task of the UU to share knowledge for the benefit of society.

4. When do we share data with third parties?

By order of UU, third parties can take care of certain parts of the service provision in order to execute an agreement. UU makes agreements with these processors to guarantee confidentiality and careful handling of personal data. These agreements are laid down in so-called 'processing agreements'.

Your personal data will not be rented, sold or otherwise shared with or provided to third parties. The UU may share your (personal) data with third parties if, for example, you have given permission for this or if it is necessary for the execution of the agreement.

The UU provides personal data to enforcement authorities or fraud prevention organisations when this is necessary to comply with a statutory obligation.

5. How long will data be stored?

UU will retain your personal data as long as there are publications by you in the Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 Repository. In principle, this is for an indefinite period.

6. How can you inspect, correct, transfer or delete your data?

You can send a request for inspection or correction to the UU. Please indicate clearly that it concerns an inspection or correction request on the basis of the AVG. You can also request that your data be transferred. In addition, you can request that your data be deleted, but only insofar as UU can still fulfil its legal obligations, such as the legal retention periods. Please note that it may be necessary to provide a copy of an identification document in order to verify your identity.

Making a secure copy of your ID is easy with the government's 'Copy ID' app, which you can download from the app store.

Please send your request to the following email address: privacy@uu.nl and note in the subject line what the request is about.

You are also entitled to lodge a complaint about the use of your data with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

7. How do we technically secure data?

In order to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorised access or use, the UU uses appropriate security technology. We will report any (attempted) abuse. The UU also takes organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access.

8. Where can you ask questions?

Do you have any specific questions or comments about our Privacy Statement as a result of this information? Please do not hesitate to email us at privacy@uu.nl. The Data Protection Officer (FG) of UU can also be reached via this e-mail address.
