Requesting and reserving

On this page you will find information about requesting and reserving material from the collections of Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ Library.

You request material from the entire library collection via . Material that is not immediately available can be reserved. You will be notified by email when your request is availabe to be picked up from the reservation shelves in the library you selected. You have seven days to pick up the books and journals.

  • Both locations apply the rule that material from other library locations is available after one working day
  • During weekends and on public holidays there are no deliveries from the Utrecht Science Park depositories and other library locations.

Material sent to your home address

Would you rather have your requests sent to your home address? Then select Send by mail at 'Pickup location' during the requesting process. A fee of € 6.50 is charged. This service is free for Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ staff if you have the material sent to your work address.

Would you like to borrow Social Sciences testing material? Make your request via .

Please note: Tests are only available for staff and students of Psychology and Pedagogical Sciences and must be picked up and returned at the service desk in the ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ Library Utrecht Science Park.
