UMC Utrecht Researchers and (health) innovators experience first-hand that it is difficult to find their way in the current support system.
There is a great offer of diverse services to take into account, from division level to central. Sometimes, it is not clear to them where to go or where to start. On top of that, Connect (the UMC Utrecht intranet) offers much information, but not always ordered and offered in a logical framework. The support portal can help the researchers and innovators navigate through the support maze and gather the support partner(s) they need. The RIS portal can be found on the tile at the bottom right of the research page of the UMCU intranet Connect. A question form will open in which you can post your question/issue. Then, the support officer will do its best to connect you to the right support provider(s) as soon as possible. This will limit your time to search for the right answers gives the support system valuable input for continuous improvements.
