Workshops & Events
Playground鈥檚 workshops and events are built around the . The framework breaks entrepreneurial learning into practical steps, helping students recognise opportunities to create value, develop ideas that address real issues, and take action to bring those ideas to life.
Through Playground's workshops and events, students connect with peers and experts, and gain the resources, skills, and mindset needed to make a cultural, social, or economic impact.
Note: Workshops and events are only listed once scheduled, so new sessions may appear between regular listings. The agenda for each month is finalised by the end of the prior month 鈥 check back regularly to avoid missing out!
Core Sessions
Our core workshops and events run year-round and are open to all UU and UCU students. PhD candidates are welcome too! We also collaborate with educators and student organisations to deliver sessions as part of a course or group activity. Email us at playground@uu.nl to request a workshop or discuss how we can tailor one to your group鈥檚 needs.

Special Sessions
From time to time, we host special sessions and take part in third-party events, giving students exposure to new ideas, people, and opportunities they wouldn鈥檛 normally encounter. Examples include our For & By Students project project (which empowers students to take the lead on initiatives that bring value to others) or .
