Tax deductibility

One-off donations are deductible from income tax under certain conditions. Regular donations are subject to a threshold amount and a maximum. The threshold amount is 1% of your threshold income*, with a minimum of € 60. What you donate in total more than this threshold amount is tax deductible up to a maximum of 10% of your threshold income. There must be no quid pro quo in return for the donation.
*Your threshold income is the total of your income and deductions in boxes 1, 2 and 3, but without any personal deductions. If you had a fiscal partner for the whole year, the threshold income of the fiscal partner also counts.
