Application Dates and Deadlines
The application portal for Fall 2026 opens on October 1st 2025.

* Rosemary Orr scholarship Fund applicants must apply by the early round deadline. Financial aid decisions will be released on or before 1 April. **Please note that scholarships for Fall 2026 are unfortunately not available.
If you are not admitted in the Early Round, you may be selected for reconsideration with the Regular Round. The applicant timeline will shift accordingly for Early Round applicants who opt-in for reconsideration with the Regular Round.
Applications must be submitted no later than 23:59 Dutch time (Central European Time Zone, UTC+1) of the day mentioned in the table above.
The deadline for accepting or rejecting an offer from UCU is 1 May 2026, regardless of the application round you applied to.
For your application to be considered, you must upload all documents, including proof of your English proficiency, a submitted recommendation form and a successful application fee payment, by the application deadline. To treat all candidates equally, we cannot make exceptions. Your English proficiency results need to be in the form of an official certificate or you need to authorize 木瓜福利影视 College Utrecht to verify your results online. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Applying early (1 December deadline) is advisable as there is more time for UCU to consider your application. Early applications may also be placed under reconsideration and entered into the general pool for a second chance in the regular selection round, should you opt to continue in the admissions procedure.
