All deadlines expire at 23:59 (midnight) Central European Time on the date stated. You have to complete the whole application process (including submitting your application documents in OSIRIS Online Application) by this date.

We advise you to apply as early as possible. The earlier you apply, the more time there is for us to help you in case your application file is not yet complete.

Below are the documents that you must include in your application to ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ College Utrecht:

• Scan of your passport or EU national ID card valid at the start of the programme
• Diploma (or diploma statement for students who have not yet graduated)
• Latest or final grade transcript or report card
• Proof of English language proficiency
• Statement of academic motivation
• UCU activities form
• Contact details of one academic referee
• Financial aid documents (if applicable)

You apply to ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ College Utrecht online through .

• Go to Studielink.
  • If you live in the Netherlands, log in with your DigiD.
     You will receive your activation code through the post within five days.
  • If you do not live in the Netherlands, create a Studielink account without DigiD. 
• Credit transfer to ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ College Utrecht is possible, but all candidates must apply as first-year students and not select higher-year entry in Studielink.
• You will receive login details for OSIRIS online application by email. 

As part of the application procedure for ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ College Utrecht, an application fee of €85 must be paid.

Payment of the fee can only be made by credit card. This serves as the final step of the application process.

If you have obtained (or are obtaining) a Dutch (VWO) diploma, you are exempt from paying the application fee. Students with an official refugee status are also exempt. You can request this exemption at the end of the Osiris Online application form.

Please note that submission of the application is only possible once the fee has been paid (or an exemption has been granted). We therefore strongly advise you to complete your application early to ensure you meet the deadline.
