  • Prof. dr. Jojanneke van der Toorn is associate professor at the Department of Social, Health and Organizational Psychology at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 and professor by special appointment of "International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Workplace Inclusion" at Leiden 木瓜福利影视. Jojanneke鈥檚 expertise centers on diversity and inclusion at work, sexual orientation prejudice, social inequality, and political ideology. In her work, she tries to bridge science and society with the aim of contributing to effective and evidence-based diversity policy.
  • Yonn Bokern is a PhD Candidate in the Organizational Behaviour research group at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视. Her research focuses on the influence of leadership in fostering an inclusive climate within organizations. By applying social identity theory and examining the dynamic triad of diversity and inclusion (D&I) policy, leadership, and employee perceptions, she explores how D&I policies can be made more effective in promoting a genuinely diverse and inclusive workforce.
