The goal of the Interuniversity Network on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is to strengthen mutual collaboration and establish more interdisciplinary ties among researchers based at Dutch universities and universities of applied sciences. We believe that the contribution of research in the area of workplace diversity and inclusion is undeniable. We aim to promote interdisciplinary exchange on our ongoing work, with a view on future collaborations in the form of co-creation of research and dissemination.
Network members are experts on the topics of, among others, workplace inclusion, diversity policies, discrimination in hiring and at the workplace, inclusive leadership, team diversity, inequality in pay and career development. Their expertise spans many disciplines (e.g., applied data science and statistics, economics, management studies, organizational and social psychology, public administration, sociology) and research methods.
The network is made possible in part by the Future of Work Platform, which is part of Institutions for Open Societies, one of the four areas of research expertise that mark Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ.
