This has turned the Utrecht Science Park (USP) into the beating heart of Utrecht鈥檚 knowledge-based economy.

Acclaimed research institutions, such as TNO, Deltares, the Hubrecht Institute and the SRON space research institute are based in Utrecht Science Park.
It is also home to over sixty research and development companies. More than half of these focus on the Life Sciences, including Merus Biopharmaceuticals, Genmab and Danone.
