EWUU alliance (TU/e, WUR, UU and UMC Utrecht)
In the EWUU alliance () Eindhoven ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ of Technology, Wageningen ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ & Research, Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ and ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ Medical Center Utrecht connect their scientific knowledge in research and education. The four institutions cooperate on a cross-disciplinary basis in the areas in which they complement each other. In this way, EWUU contributes to urgent societal transitions.
The motto of EWUU is ‘Challenging future generations’. Using an unconventional approach, the alliance challenges new generations of researchers, tutors and students to work together, across disciplines, without imposing limits in advance. It focuses on research results with an impact on society. To this end, the alliance also cooperates with external partners.

Key research themes within the alliance are and . The research programmes and have been launched to support these themes. In the , the alliance encourages and facilitates unusual collaborations (with training and coaching) between young academics within the alliance.

Education
In the EWUU alliance, TU/e, WUR, UU and UMC Utrecht work together to renew their , make it more widely available and create joint education. To this end, a number of projects have been launched. This will ultimately lead to a future-proof innovative educational concept. In this way, students from different disciplines and institutions work together on major social issues.
Community
The cooperation of EWUU translates into various areas of research and common education. To reinforce this, several working groups have been set up to further develop these themes. In addition, the alliance explicitly seeks cooperation with external partners from business and society.
