"Studying the Master of Law and Technology in Europe at Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ has been a truly rewarding experience. As an international student, the idyllic and historic city of Utrecht felt like a home away from home. It provided the perfect location to advance my legal skills, gain in-depth knowledge and discover new interests regarding the interaction between the law and emerging technologies.

The programme offered the opportunity to learn from professors at the forefront of their respective fields. Throughout the LLM, professors provided consistent feedback, cultivating a learning environment that was both challenging and encouraging. As part of my studies, I also gained unique practical experience which greatly enriched the Master’s programme. For example, I participated in a mock trial at the Dutch Data Protection Authority in the Hague and contributed to the European Commission’s Influencer Legal Hub. Additionally, a variety of guest lectures provided ample opportunity to learn from expert professionals in the law and technology field.

It is immensely exciting to enter the legal world at a time when technology has a profound effect on our everyday lives. I am grateful to the LLM for equipping me with the tools to effectively tackle the rapidly changing legal challenges and benefits posed by technology. "I’m delighted to share my experiences with the LLM Law and Technology in Europe at Utrecht. This programme was instrumental in preparing me for the legal complexities of the digital age. The curriculum is packed with courses that examine the interaction between law and evolving technologies, from data privacy to AI regulation, which I found incredibly relevant and timely.
