Below you can find the conditions of the UU Welcome Week promotion. These conditions will be applied by the UU Welcome Week team.

Receiving 25€ gift card for being a mentor: the following conditions apply.

• A mentor needs to sign up via the .
• A mentor needs to follow the mentor briefing at the end of August
• A mentor needs to actively participate during the Welcome Week (lead group, answer questions, etc.).

Receiving 25€ gift card for referring another mentor: The following conditions apply.

• A mentor needs to follow all the conditions above themselves.
• The recruit also needs to follow all of these conditions (sign up, follow the briefing, actively participate as a mentor).
• The recruit needs to mention the mentors name in the sign-up form when signing up, in the designated box at the bottom of the first page (labeled ‘Remarks regarding registration’).

Additional conditions:

• Each person can receive a maximum of 2 gift cards of 25 euros (1 for being a mentor, 1 for recruiting others).
• It is not possible for two mentors to refer each other and both get gift cards. It is only possible to refer someone (i.e. bring in as a new mentor) who is not signed up as a mentor yet. This means that under the box 'Remark regarding registration' it is only possible to mention the name of someone who is already signed up as a mentor. If 2 people mention each other in the sign up form, the person that was signed up first will receive the gift card (as recorded by the sign-up system of the UU Welcome Week, only counting a fully finished registration).
• When signing up as a mentor, it is possible to link your registration to another mentor, to indicate your preference for leading a group together. This does not count as referring another mentor.
• Mentors who referred another mentor before the launch of this promotion need to consult the Welcome Week team to see if they can fit the conditions.
