You must pay an application fee of €100 to apply. Applications made without the fee being paid will not be considered. The application fee is non-refundable.

Payment of the application fee is integrated into OSIRIS Online Application. The payment portal will become available after you have uploaded your application documents.

The following do not need to pay the application fee:

• Exchange students currently registered at Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ.
• Students registered as refugees in the Netherlands.
• Students applying for admission based on a VWO Diploma from Aruba, Curaçao or Suriname.

Please note that students who wish to apply for more than one programme only need to pay the application fee once.

The application fee payment process is integrated into OSIRIS Online Application. The fee can be paid by VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. You can find more information in the payment portal.

If you qualify for an exemption from the application fee, you will actively have to apply for an exemption from the obligation to pay this fee in OSIRIS Online Application. It may take up to two business days for us to process this request for exemption, so please take this into account when preparing your application.
