Workshop Goals:
By the end of this session, you’ll have learned about:
Soldering Basics: Get comfortable with a soldering iron, learn about the different components, and how to safely and effectively solder.
Circuit Assembly: Discover how electronic circuits work as you put together your device step by step.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Ensure your device works and learn how to troubleshoot any issues.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
No materials are required for this workshop. We’ll provide everything you need, including a soldering station and a printed circuit board. You'll get to leave with your own functional device! (if you manage to get it working, of course..)
Themed Editions
During standard soldering workshop you will assemble a brain-training game we developed in house: "Lili Says". It's similar to the childrens game "Simon Says", but customized for our lab.
On other occasions we organise themed workshops: Valentines, Christmas or Halloween for instance. In those workshops you'll assemble an ornament befitting the occasion and leave the lab with extra festive cheer.
