Our Projects

The Disc-AI Lab focuses on three research themes:

  • Answering societal challenges

    We aim to assist societal partners in answering questions using AI-aided systematic reviews. To achieve this, the Lab is developing and evaluating various methods for integrating AI-aided systematic reviews with partner needs.

  • Natural Language Processing

    Our research team explores various natural language processing techniques and algorithms for identifying relevant studies in large scientific literature databases.

  • Software, tools and infrastructure

    The Lab is developing and evaluating different tools and software, like ASReview, multiple imputation, extensions, and Python packages, to optimally benefit partners from other research lines.
