The fund Friends of Veterinary Medicine Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 was founded on 1 April 2016.

The goal of the fund is to improve the well-being and health of (Dutch) pets, livestock, laboratory animals and wildlife. The focus will be on specifically profiling socially relevant 'benefit for the greater good' initiatives such as those undertaken within the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine's core tasks of research, education and patient care.
