Rick Borst (PhD) is an assistant professor and researcher at USG, Chair Strategic Human Resource management at the Utrecht 木瓜福利影视. He is also a researcher/consultant at ICTU-Venster voor Medewerkers (program of the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations). His research focuses on the role of (changes in) organizational aspects such as management, structure and culture in the well-being, performance and personality characteristics of employees in public administration, healthcare and education. In particular, he studies stress processes and the consequences for engagement and burnout of civil servants.
