Lot Peters has been a member of the ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ Council of Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ since 1 September 2025. As Vice-Chair of the student section, she focuses on internal collaboration within the council and supports the chair in day-to-day coordination. In addition, she is an active member of the Research, Education and Student Affairs Committee (OOS) and serves as the liaison for the Faculty of Medicine and the Interstedelijk Student Overleg (ISO).
Lot is part of the Party for the Utrecht Student (PvdUS), which advocates for the active student — those who, alongside their studies, also seek personal development through involvement in study, sports, or student associations. Within the council, Lot is committed to facilitating and strengthening this broad student development, ensuring that every talent has the opportunity to flourish.
Alongside her work in the council, Lot is pursuing a Master’s in Economic Policy at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance (REBO) at Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ, where she deepens her interest in economic decision-making, policy, and societal issues.
