Sanne Vergouwen is working as a PhD candidate in the COSMO-MASTER project, focusing on the question of whether black hole spacetimes are spacetimes, a form of matter, neither, or both. She has published on the , is a member of the ngEHT's governance task force, and is the main organiser of the UPAC colloquium.
