Registration

The panelist and chairs must first go to the registration desk to get their name badge and conference materials. The registration desk is located at the Foyer of the Academiegebouw and will be open as follows:

  • Thursday 19/06/2025: 09:00 am 鈥 12:00 am
  • Friday 20/06/2025: 09:00 am 鈥 12:00 am

Welcome Reception

You are warmly invited to attend the Welcome Reception that takes place on Thursday 19 June, starting at 9:15 at the Aula, Academiegebouw. Afterwards the Keynote Lectures will follow from 09:30 to 12:00.

Accommodation

For accommodation options we kindly refer you to the . We are unable to provide grants to cover the accommodation costs of our panelists.

Lunch

The lunch break is from 12:00 am to 01:00 pm. Lunch will not be provided by us. Instead, you have the freedom to purchase your own lunch at one of the numerous cafes or restaurants located in Utrecht. 

Coffee breaks

During the plenary morning sessions, tea and coffee will be provided by us in the Academiegebouw. During the afternoon sessions, tea and coffee will be available during the breaks between panels at two locations within the Janskerkhof building. As classes and exams will still be taking place during our conference, we kindly ask guests to spread out throughout or outside the building during breaks, and to avoid gathering in one place.

Closing Drinks

On both conference days we will serve closing drinks at the end of the day (19.30 -21.00) at Cafe Lodewijck in the 木瓜福利影视 Library City Centre

Internet

There will be free internet access available for all participants. If you are an eduroam user you will be able to connect to Wi-Fi by clicking on 鈥渆duroam鈥 from the list of wireless networks available. If not, you can connect to the Wi-Fi network 鈥淯U-visitor". No credentials are required - only accept the agreement shown in your internet browser after connecting.

Support Team

Throughout the conference, we have a dedicated team of volunteers and helpers available to provide assistance. Feel free to reach out to them if you need any help or support during the event. Don't hesitate to ask for help; our volunteers and helpers are here to assist you.

Attendance Certificates

Once the Conference is over, you can request an Attendance Certificate sending an e-mail to migration@uu.nl mentioning 鈥楥onference certificate鈥 in the subject line.

Urgent help
