This year’s registration for the BBOS autumn symposium will be open before summer holidays start in The Netherlands. Payments will be collected by payment link, which will be emailed to participants after the registration period ends. PhD candidates are expected to attend the full three-day program. Postdocs and staff members will be asked to indicate a time of arrival and time of departure.
All PhD-candidates and postdocs are expected to share a room. The registration form asks for your preferred roommate, and we will try to accommodate this request as much as possible. In the event we need to assign you another roommate, you will be notified by e-mail.
Participants from outside IMAU will be charged a registration fee. This fee is €360,- for PhD students.
Postdocs are asked to indicate the time of arrival and departure. For postdocs that participate one or two days, the registration fee will be reduced.
The registration fee for staff outside UU/IMAU (single room) is €460,-. Staff members are asked to indicate their time of arrival and time of departure. If staff outside the UU/ IMAU participate for one or two days, the registration fee will be reduced. Staff members will be assigned a single room.
! Please be aware that once you have registered, it is not possible to cancel your participation free of charge. The hotel will charge a cancellation fee, and these costs will be passed on to you.
