Generative AI (GenAI) tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot are rapidly transforming computing education. Students across various disciplines are leveraging these tools to generate code, seek explanations, and enhance their learning experiences. This shift presents both opportunities and challenges for educators, particularly concerning academic integrity and effective integration into curricula.

To support educators in navigating this evolving landscape, we have developed a set of teaching and assessment practices. These practices are grounded in existing literature and our own research, aiming to provide practical strategies for embedding GenAI tools into computer science and programming courses. This website offers also background material and course policies for teachers.

The toolkit is the outcome of a project within the Science faculty, involving several teachers and researchers from various backgrounds, including computer science, computing education, Human-Computer Interaction, and Natural Language Processing.
