Utrecht researchers have developed an artificial intelligence (AI) system that takes an important step towards designing new materials more efficiently. Based on the desired characteristics of a material, the AI system determines which building blocks are needed to make such a material.
The Bonvin lab at Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ in collaboration with Li Xue’s group in Nijmegen and the Netherland eScience Center recently published DeepRank, a deep learning (DL) framework for data mining 3D protein-protein structures, in Nature Communications and GitHub.Â
