The School of Law鈥檚 legal research has organised its top research into 5 main research programmes:
- Utrecht Centre for Regulation and Enforcement in Europe (RENFORCE)
- Utrecht Centre for Water, Oceans and Sustainability Law (UCWOSL)
- Montaigne Centre for Rule of Law and Administration of Justice
Human rights research and Public procurement:
- Human rights research is integrated into the above programs and is also supported by the Netherlands Institute of Human Rights (SIM).
- The Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 Centre for Public Procurement (UUCePP) is an interdisciplinary research center in the field of procurement law and public procurement, in which researchers from the Department of Law and Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 School of Economics (U.S.E.) participate.
