Professor of cross-cultural law at Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ, Tom Zwart, wins prestigious Li Buyun Law Prize for his eminent contribution to Chinese legal studies and legal education.

This prize is awarded annually to the author of the best contribution published in the International Journal of Marine and Coastal Law.

Prof. Oomen wrote a piece for Amnesty International on climate change and human rights, about the role of local governments in combating climate change.

Catherine Blanchard, Wen Duan and Erik J. Molenaar have recently seen their work published in the book Global Challenges and the Law of the Sea (2020)

Sanne Akerboom, Annelies Huygen (Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ) and Saskia Lavrijssen (Tilburg) handed a position paper to Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy.
