Professor Albert Heck of Utrecht ľ�ϸ���Ӱ�� has delivered the prestigious Mendel Lecture on 17 October 2024. As part of this honour, he received an accompanying Mendel Medal.

This is the ninth call for projects to be funded by HAI. The projects resulting from this call will be accommodated by the existing SIGs.

Celebrating its tenth annual symposium, the Utrecht Bioinformatics Center (UBC) welcomed over 200 participants. The symposium offered a chance to look back on a decade of progress in bioinformatics and explore what lies ahead.
