Multidisciplinary Curriculum
An immediate consequence of the Education for Professionals Growth Plan is the explicit collaboration with the Faculty of Humanities and the strategic theme Institutions for Open Societies. This has resulted in the appointment of Paul Adriaanse as Head of Education for Professionals
in the City Centre of Utrecht where he will stimulate the ongoing development of Education for Professionals.

The topics, networks and skills in which professionals want to develop do not stop at the boundaries of our ľϸӰ's faculties and departments. Collaboration is a prerequisite if we really want to bring the supply and demand of knowledge together for professionals.

Inspiring Education
The Education for Professionals Growth Plan reflects the importance that the Faculty of Law, Economics, Governance attributes to high-quality education, and especially to education with a societal impact. This is in line with the previously published Strategic Agenda Societal Impact.

I find Education for Professionals very inspiring. It enriches research and the development of knowledge. With this Growth Plan we give education for professionals a fresh impulse. We strengthen existing programs, look for new interdisciplinary opportunities, and connect with new partners. That way we can simultaneously adapt our teaching and learn from the outside world.

Connected to the professional work field
The Faculty of Law, Economics, Governance has a long history when it comes to Education for Professionals. Over the years, the faculty has developed executive masters, postgraduate education, professional courses, leadership programs, customized courses and in-company training programs.

The faculty aims to further strengthen the range of Professional Education, for example by launching multidisciplinary programs in relation to strategic themes together with other faculties of Utrecht ľϸӰ.
