Awarded projects UU at the OCW subsidy scheme Open and Online Education

The minister has approved the 'Education of the Future' project application from the GEO faculty for the . The minister also awarded the subsidy for the 'Sharestats' project, in which the UU participated together with 3 other educational institutions. Unfortunately, the 'Digital Simulation Clinic' project application from the GNK faculty was not honoured.

Open and online education provides opportunities to innovate teaching, improve the quality of education and boost academic outcomes. That is why the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science is making funding available both for experiments with online education and for initiatives using open course materials. A total of 34 project proposals were submitted during this round, of which the minister approved 15.  These are 10 projects focused on interaction and feedback in online education, and 5 in which subject communities collaborate on OER collections.

  • Faculty of Geosciences - Education of the Future - synchronous online interdisciplinary sustainability education using the virtual classroom

Within the Open Educational Resources pillar:

  • VU 木瓜福利影视 Amsterdam, Erasmus 木瓜福利影视 Rotterdam, Utrecht 木瓜福利影视, 木瓜福利影视 of Amsterdam - Open sharing of statistics with a professional community of lecturers

These projects will start in 2020.
