"Studying International Management at Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ was a unique experience that forever marked my personal and academic life. As students, we always had opportunities to engage with each other, for instance carrying out group assignments. Being an international, the groupwork made it extremely easy for me to integrate. Moreover, having the opportunity to share experiences from different backgrounds, significantly enriched class discussion. 
During the entire duration of the course, I felt consistently supported by the teachers, who were available to provide additional help. Their professionalism, deep expertise, and genuine enthusiasm, always kept me motivated to do my best. I believe a key strength of the Master’s lies in its balance between theoretical knowledge and real world applications. Being able to put into practice the knowledge I was acquiring not only helped me to better understand new concepts, but also significantly aided me in the transition towards my professional life. Moreover, the course structure gave me the opportunity to discover a passion for academic research and, at the same time, get solid management and business foundations that I now apply every day at work. Studying International Management at Utrecht ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ felt like a natural progression from my bachelor’s in Economics and Business Economics. Having already built my life here, the transition was smooth, and my interest in different cultures made the choice even more appealing. What stood out to me immediately was the diverse cohort of students from all over the world. This international perspective not only enriched the classroom discussions but also made networking a breeze. It was easy to connect with others, share experiences and learn from their perspectives on global management.
The courses were highly interactive, combining traditional academic work with lively discussions and practical exercises. This approach made learning dynamic and engaging, allowing for meaningful interactions with both students and teachers. The electives offered flexibility, enabling me to focus on areas that truly sparked my interest. The extracurricular activities, like barbecues, drinks, and workshops, added another layer to the program, fostering personal and professional development outside of the classroom.

I found this to be one of the best ways to learn, as it offered a deeper understanding of the material and made classroom engagement even more rewarding. Overall, the programme provided a broad understanding of management, with a strong emphasis on cultural aspects and real-world applications, while still grounding us in the essentials like finance and research.
