Yes, you can, as long as you will obtain your Masters degree before the start of the Postgraduate programme.
It is not necessary to have passed the English test at the time of your application. The results can be submitted later, but have to be submitted before the start of your programme.
You can find more about our entry requirements on the admission and application page.
In case you have a degree from a non-Dutch university, our International Students Admission’s office will verify whether a non-Dutch academic degree is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree at a Dutch research university. All international Bachelor’s degrees are evaluated based on standards set by the NUFFIC. If your degree is not assessed as equivalent to a 3-year Dutch research ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ degree or as a bachelor from a ľ¹Ï¸£ÀûÓ°ÊÓ of Applied Sciences, you are most likely not eligible for admission.
After you submit your application, the Admissions Office will check your qualifications, whether you paid your application fee (if applicable) and whether your application is indeed complete. If so, you will receive notification that your file will be evaluated by the programme selection committee.
You can generally expect a decision within thirty working days after the application deadline if you are applying with a programme with a fixed capacity. A decision for programmes with unlimited capacity will be made within twenty working days.
