GDS Symposium – Digital Autonomy in MBO: Protecting Public Values in Times of Big Tech and AI
The rapid rise of AI, often built into educational technologies (EdTech) and powered by Big Tech infrastructure (AI models), has also reached secondary vocational education (MBO). From AI tools that grade tests in no time, AI study buddies that personalize learning, to systems that optimize and make curriculum more flexible with generative AI.
During this symposium, we will explore how MBO institutions, educators, policymakers and sector organizations can jointly build digital autonomy. The language of this symposium is Dutch. More information is therefore available in Dutch.
