Nereus Senior Research fellow Solène Guggisberg presented a paper ‘The role of non-governmental actors in fisheries governance – Improving compliance’.

She presents before the European Parliament on the “Scope of the obligation of rescue at sea: who and when?”

A paper by Seline Trevisanut and Nikolaos Giannopoulos is now available in the latest issue of the Journal Of World Investment & Trade.

This was the first moot court simulating proceedings under Part XV of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. It was held at Utrecht ľ�ϸ���Ӱ��.
