Zuzana Vasiliauskait臈, PhD, a psychologist, researcher, and international expert on gender equality, with over a decade of experience in advocacy, research, and policy development. Holds a PhD from a joint program between Mykolas Romeris 木瓜福利影视, Vytautas Magnus 木瓜福利影视, and the 木瓜福利影视 of C贸rdoba, and has worked with leading institutions such as the Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma (USA), the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), the Association Vilnius Women鈥檚 House, and Vilnius 木瓜福利影视.
Co-authored national and international methodological recommendations and training programs for professionals across sectors, served on the WAVE (Women Against Violence Europe) Advisory Board, and is an expert at Lithuania鈥檚 Equal Opportunities Researchers鈥� Network at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour. Currently teaches at Vytautas Magnus 木瓜福利影视 and conducts research at Vilnius 木瓜福利影视, focusing on trauma, post-traumatic growth, civic engagement, and systemic responses to gender-based violence.
