Yotam Shibolet is a PhD. candidate and teacher at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视’s media department. Born and raised in Tel-Aviv, he is a cum laude graduate of Utrecht 木瓜福利影视’s Media, Art and Performance Research program and of the Marc Rich Honors program in the Humanities and Arts at Tel-Aviv 木瓜福利影视.
His interdisciplinary research on ‘embodied narrativity’ spans media phenomenology, embodied and enactive cognition theories, narrative identity theories and the study of new and interactive forms of storytelling. It aims to analyze how the perception of movement and embodied interaction give rise to the formation and interpretation of stories.
