As independent chair, I direct the meetings, both of the 木瓜福利影视 Council itself and the Council's meetings with the Executive Board, the Council Presidium and committees. The chair has an important role in the process direction of consultation and decision-making, in the interaction between Council and College and serves both solicited and unsolicited advice. I also have a role in the connection between the 木瓜福利影视 Council and the participation of faculties and departments. I also represent the 木瓜福利影视 Council outside the university, for example in LOVUM, the national consultative body of university employee representatives.
senior HR advisor
As of January 1, 2024, I am still working as a senior HR consultant for one and a half days a week. Mainly for short-term tasks and projects.
Before that, I was mainly involved in more complex, policy and strategic questions and more complex individual cases from the departments of USBO (until September 1, 2023 and U.S.E. (until January 1, 2024).
I also had Academic Careers, Law and Regulations and 木瓜福利影视 Function Ordering (UFO) in my portfolio and was a member of the 木瓜福利影视 Working Group on Recognition and Reward.
