The secretariat of the Department of Physical Geography (DFG) provides support to the staff and management team in matters such as administration, personnel, communication, management, education, working conditions, information technology, facilities and workplaces. It is a nice and versatile job.

As DFG's Occupational Health, Safety and Environment contact person you can ask me about , interest in becoming a and we organize a yearly First Aid Training for Fieldwork, amongst other things.
As the Secretary of the Master Programme of the Curriculum Committee of Earth Science (MOCA) I help to support the montoring of the quality of teaching. You can reach the secretary and the committee at: ocm.aw@uu.nl.
As the Office manager I offer support for administrative matters, meetings and events organization for the research program NWA-LOSS (Living on Soft Soils, Subsidence & Society - subsidized from the Dutch National Research Agenda NWO).
