Noor is a PhD candidate within the SSB-鈭� project on Informed Decision-making for Storm Surge Barriers in a Liveable Delta. Her research focuses on adaptive pathways for the storm surge barriers nested in a broader set of adaptive pathways for the delta. She has been working at the Dutch knowledge institute Deltares since 2021. She obtained a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Civil Engineering and a master鈥檚 degree in Hydraulic Engineering from Delft 木瓜福利影视 of Technology.
