Marlise Mensink is teamleader at the Education Centre of Veterinary Medicine. The Education Centre is responsible for quality assurance, policy-development & co-ordination of education of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. This education consists of the Bachelor's in Clinical Sciences and the Bachelor's and Master's in Veterinary Medicine. The Education Centre provides service to both students and lecturers and consists of five teams with the following functions:
- Education Coordination: policyadvise, education co-ordinators;
- Student Advice, Communication & International Office: student advisers, student welfare coordinator, international officer, student communication staff;
- Teacher Support & Study Point: educational support for course leaders and teachers, functional management of Osiris, Blackboard, Remindo, TimeEdit and Scorion;
- Planning & Scheduling: scheduling of both bachelors in Veterinary Medicine and Clinical Sciences and (partly) the Master's programme in Veterinary Medicine.
- Bureau for Exams: official and secretarial support for the examination committees
