Morgan has worked in Equine practices in the Netherlands and abroad since graduating in 2009. Her focus within the work has always been on orthopedic problems of sport horses and their rehabilitation. Because of her own experience as a dressage rider (Prix st Georges level), she can understand riders' perspectives and sometimes she takes place in the saddle herself. Morgan has owned an equine rehabilitation center that included an underwater treadmill and a dry treadmill.

To provide horse owners with as much accessible knowledge as possible, she has written several articles and created online training courses.

In February 2022, Morgan passed the European College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation entrance exam.

EBVS® European Specialist in Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation

The ‘European Board of Veterinary Specialisation’ ( is responsible for the training, examination, and accreditation of veterinary specialists in Europe. An EBVS® European Veterinary Specialist has completed a three-year postgraduate program followed by an examination after studying Veterinary Medicine. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine employs EBVS specialists from various fields. Additionally, the faculty is a recognized training institute for various specializations.
