Maarten Goos is Full Professor of Economics and Institutions at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视. His research focuses on labor markets including technological progress, labor market intermediation, inequality and institutions.
His award-winning research is published in international peer-reviewed journals, books and magazines. He is a regular speaker at international conferences in the areas of innovation, productivity, economic growth, labour markets and the ethical, legal, socio-economic and political consequences of ongoing technological progress. He is also an award-winning teacher, and has taught courses on European macroeconomics, economic growth and labour economics at various schools and organizations.
Maarten received his PhD from the London School of Economics (LSE) and held positions at Erasmus 木瓜福利影视 Rotterdam, 木瓜福利影视 College London and KU Leuven before joining Utrecht 木瓜福利影视. He also held visiting positions at Princeton 木瓜福利影视, the Centre for Economic Performance at LSE, Fudan 木瓜福利影视 Shanghai, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boston 木瓜福利影视. He is involved in various initiatives by the European Commission, national policy institutes and multinational corporations.
