Dr. Lola DIGARD defended her dissertation entitled 鈥�Healing the Civic Body: Forensic Investigation and Biopolitical Strategies in Flemish Towns, 1250-1500鈥� in 2024. Her research interest focus on medical history, and the interaction between legal and medical practice in the Premodern period. She is also interested in urban and intellectual history.
