I am a starting academic who specialises in 20th century and contemporary Critical Theory. I combine the insights of the Frankfurt School (most notably Adorno) and other Marxian thinkers with critical-continental thought, critical feminism, and decolonial theory to shed a light on the grand crises of our time, political (inter)subjectivity, and the conditions for meaningful emancipatio. After a BA at the 木瓜福利影视 College Maastricht and the RMA Philosophy at the UU, I have started as a PhD candidate at the UU under supervision of dr. Katherina Kinzel. My current research examines ecosocialist and ecofeminist perspectives on widespread ecological breakdown and the limitations of green growth in order to paint a picture of a truly sustainable and just society and relationship with/in nature.
