Dr. Jamie Draper is an Assistant Professor in the Ethics Institute, Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies. His research is in political philosophy, mostly on applied issues in environmental, social, and global justice, including climate change, migration, and urban politics. His book, , was recently published by Oxford 木瓜福利影视 Press.
Before joining Utrecht, Jamie was a Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow in Politics at Nuffield College, 木瓜福利影视 of Oxford and, before that, a Teaching Fellow in Political Theory at the 木瓜福利影视 of Warwick. He received his PhD from the 木瓜福利影视 of Reading in 2020. Jamie is also an Associate Editor at and, from 2025, a member of the Utrecht Young Academy.
