Hans Koeslag works as an IT consultant in the IT, Housing and Security Department. He helps the faculty to realise digital transformations effectively and in a future-proof manner. His focus is on improving processes, implementing smart IT solutions and optimising information provision within the educational domain. With a keen eye for innovation and user-friendliness, he ensures that technology truly contributes to educational goals. Since April 2025, the faculty has had an ICTO (ICT in education) team, of which Hans is a member. This team focuses on Education and IT. The team has an advisory role at a strategic and tactical level. By collecting assignments and identifying opportunities, the core team supports the board's integrated portfolio management.
In addition, Hans also works as a breath coach. Once every three weeks, he hosts the AdemPauze. In a safe and relaxed environment, sitting on a chair, you do simple breathing exercises. Each session offers something new: one time you learn more about your breathing. Other times you experience deep relaxation, energy or focus. You always remain in control of your breathing. If an exercise does not fit, you return to your own breathing pattern and join in again as soon as you are ready. You are welcome in the Administration Building or via MS Teams.
