I work as Professor in de Psychology of Supervision at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). At the 木瓜福利影视, I work in the Integrity and Diversity research group of Naomi Ellemers, at the AFM as a senior supervisory officer in the Behavior & Culture expert team. We also collaborate closely with the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) en Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen (UWV).
My research focusses on stimulating compliance and ethical behavior in organizations. My explicit aim is to connect the practice of supervision with psychological research, and educate students in this fascinating field of the 鈥楶sychology of Supervision鈥�.
Prior to this line of research, I studied work-life balance, leadership and culture. I received my MA degree in Social and Organizational Psychology in 2003 from Leiden 木瓜福利影视 and in 2007 obtained my PhD from Leiden 木瓜福利影视.
