In close cooperation with the Director of Research, ensure the implementation of a coherent Research Strategy for SGPL. Focus areas: 

• PhD Policy and Training
• Acquisition Strategy
• Impact Strategy
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Social Cohesion

Before joining Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 in 2020, Claire worked for several Capacity Building Programmes focusing on Higher Education, Human Rights and Sustainable Development in Africa, Asia and Europe.

Claire is currently (2025) seconded to the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视
