Annabelle Christiaens works as a teacher and postdoctaral researcher within the department of Youth and Family. As part of the project 鈥淧edagogy of Hope鈥, she will work on the topic of eco-identity to examine adolescents' attitudes toward climate and sustainability.
Her academic journey started as a (social) psychology student at Tilburg 木瓜福利影视, followed by graduating Cum Laude for the Research Master Individual Differences and Assessment. In 2019, Annabelle began her PhD at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 on the INTRANSITION project, supervised by dr. Stefanie Nelemans and prof. dr. Susan Branje. Her research focused on adolescents鈥 educational identity development around school transitions.
