Frank van der Stappen is a Professor in the Science and Engineering Department at 木瓜福利影视 College Roosevelt and in the Algorithms division of the Department of Information and Computing Sciences at Utrecht 木瓜福利影视. He received MSc and PDEng degrees from Eindhoven 木瓜福利影视 of Technology in 1988 and 1990 and a PhD degree from Utrecht 木瓜福利影视 in 1994. His research interests include robotic manipulation and grasping, robot motion planning, algorithmic automation, simulation, animation, and geometric algorithms. He has been named IEEE Fellow in 2017 for his contributions to the algorithmic foundations of robotics and automation.
