After a Bachelor in Earth Sciences, a Master's in Climate Physics and having worked as a meteorologist, I am back at Earth Sciences as a PhD-student. The focus of my PhD-project is to gain more insight in the mechanisms of  the Mediterranean overturning circulation by concentrating on the temporal evolution of aforementioned circulation in the recent geological past.
